Glass Gymnastics

Glass Gymnastics offers instruction in beginner tumbling for 3 year olds to advance tumbling and cheerleading for high school students.

Whitney Glass, lead instructor, grew up as a tremendous athlete playing all sports boys play.  He would raise many eyebrows with his amazing tumbling tricks none of his friends could do.  In addition to playing sports, Whitney cheered at Lamar Junior High School and University of Houston.  Realizing he had a knack for tumbling tricks, he became an instructor for the family business, Gymnastics Plus, in 1996 and in 2015 created Glass Gymnastics.

Charlize Glass, Assistant coach, grew up tumbling alongside her father. She began her athletic career in competitve dance earning numerous awards and scholarships, before transitioning into competitive gymnastics, where she won a state award. Charlize later found passion in competitve cheer and is currently on a Junior Level 6 Competitve Team. She assists Coach Whitney and provides private lessons upon request. Charlize brings energy, experience, and a positive attitude to every athlete she works with.
